What will you do to save the Earth?
I will warn everyone to make signs that say "BAN NUKES!" and help pick up garbage and recycling and reuse and help don't make the water dirty in rivers, lakes and oceans.
What is Earth Day?
Earth Day is an annual event for the year to save the Earth in the Equinox and save energy in our homes, business places and schools.
What are some Earth Day initatives?
Plants, Trees, Water, Educate students in Schools and Animals are initatives of Earth Day.
What was the biggest learning for myself?
That Jupiter's Great Red Spot is 300 years old. And it is a giant hurricane. Two times bigger than Earth. Also it is deadly!
What do you know that you didn't know before about space?
That the universe is 4 billion years old. The Sun has only 4 billion years left. Saturn's rings are made of ice. Pluto is a dwarf planet. Neptune has rings. And Venus is the hottest planet.
What do you now know that you didn't know about your planet?
That Jupiter has 4 rings (I thought it has none). That Jupiter is the largest planet. That Jupiter is a gas giant planet. Jupiter takes many "Earth" years to orbit around the sun. And Jupiter takes many "Earth" days to rotate.
.Welcome, my name is Super awesome Justin007! Today, we`re doing outer space, from Bill Nye. Space, the Final Frontier! First, outer space is big and the objects are far away. Next, light goes 300,000 km per second in space. While the Great Red Spot on Jupiter is a hurricane! Then, 700 km is the next star. Along the way, a constellation is a group of stars that we`ve given a name , to help us find certain stars or recognize them. Above them all, the North Star is named Polaris. Polaris will not always be our north star because the Earth will be moving and we will have a new star called Vega in 12,000 years! Beyond that, a star might be burned out, but the light is coming toward us, so we still see it, because the light is travelling.
Among that, the distance around the Earth is called the circumference and is over 40,000km! On the other hand, 10 tons of meteorites hit the Earth every day! Most are the size of a grain of sand. Meanwhile, atoms come out of stars when they explode.
Did you know Bill Nye is made by Disney and it was running on September 10, 1993- June 20, 1998?
In closing, one dot in the sky could be billions of stars, not just one star! While we couldn't get to the nearest star even if we took our whole life to get there!
Did you know Jupiter is named after the king of the Roman gods. To the Greeks, it represented Zeus, the "God of Thunder". Jupiter's Position in the Solar System is 5th planet from the Sun two and a half times more massive than all the other planets in the Solar System.
Jupiter is 778.5 million km away from the Sun. Jupiter's orbit is elliptical, not circular. Every 9.9 hours, Jupiter completes its rotation of its axis. Jupiter's radius is 69, 911 km. Jupiter is the biggest planet of the Solar System and its mass is 1.898 x 10^27 kg. Jupiter's gravity is 2.5 times more than Earth. Therefore 100 pound man would weigh approximately 234 lbs on Jupiter. Jupiter would orbit around the Sun in 11.86 Earth years (or 4,332 days). Jupiter's atmosphere is thick and it's made of hydrogen, helium, methane and ammonia. Jupiter has the thickest atmosphere in the Solar System. The temperature of Jupiter ranges from about -190 degrees Fahrenheit or -128 degrees Celsius for the visible surface of the atmosphere, to 9°F (-13°C) at lower cloud levels. Certain regions reach as high as 40°F (4°C) at still lower cloud levels near the equator. Jupiter gives off four times as much heat as it gets from the sun. Jupiter's composition is gas, mostly made of about 90% hydrogen.
Round 1: Jupiter's mass is 1,898,130,000,000,000,000 billion kg and Earth's mass is 5,972,190,000,000,000 billion kg.

Round 5: Jupiter has 67 Known Moons and Earth has 1 Known Moon.
Jupiter : 5 / Earth : 0
Round 6: Jupiter has 4 Notable Moons and their names are Io, Europa, Ganymede & Callisto and Earth has 1 Notable Moon and it's called The Moon.
Jupiter : 6 / Earth : 0
Round 7: Jupiter has 4 Known Rings and Earth has none.
Jupiter : 7 / Earth : 0
Round 8: Jupiter's Orbit Distance is 778,340,821 km and Earth's Orbit Distance is 149,598,262 km.

Round 10 (Final Round): Jupiter's Surface Temperature is -108°C and Earth's Surface Temperature is -88 to 58°C.
Jupiter : 9 / Earth : 1
Q no.1: What is Gravity?
A no. 1: Gravity is the force that attracts the body toward the center of the earth, or toward any other physical body having mass. For most purposes Newton's laws of gravity apply, with minor modifications to take the general theory of relativity into account.
Fact no.1: Gravity is like a person floating but they can't on earth because they have stuff inside them.
Fact no.2: Gravity pulls everything down to Earth.
Q no.2: Describe the Position, Motion and Components of our Solar System.
Position: Planets orbit around the sun. They also turn on their own axis.
Motion: In order from the Sun, the planets are Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto (the dwarf planet) Jupiter has a long year. It takes almost 12 Earth years for Jupiter to orbit the sun one time. It takes 365.24 days for Earth to orbit the Sun one time.
Components: The planets are made of solid terrestrials (ex. Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars) and gas giant planets (ex. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. The Solar System is also made of Satellites. Most Planets have Satellites. The Solar System has Asteroids. Comets are also part of the Solar System, which are frozen molecules of gases and other solid materials. Meteoroids are also part of the Solar System, when a meteoroid enters the Earth's atmosphere it heats up and evaporates producing a streak of light called a meteor. The Solar System contains a large cloud of very small Dust particles.
Q no 3: See my post @ http://6075876583bjcfhdfjkhiyfyhfvkhhtf.weebly.com/science/jupiter-0-vs-earth-o
Q no 4: The age of the Solar System is 4.568 billion years old. The structure of Jupiter is 88-92% hydrogen and 8-12% helium. It's also made of water, ammonia and methane. Diameter for Jupiter is 139, 800km. It's Orbit Radius is 778, 600, 000km. In comparison, the Earth's Diameter is 12, 740km and it's orbit Radius is 149, 600, 000km.
